The hotel had outstanding bay views, comfortable beds, and a stunning reception. The staff was helpful and accommodating, allowing early check-in and late check-out.

the staff at reception, especially Dukeen, were friendly and accommodating. Motor garage service for parked vehicles was exceptional, and the concierge was extremely helpful. the location was excellent, with plenty of attractions within walking distance. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering a nice view.

the restaurant had good food and friendly staff.
check-in was chaotic and it took too long. power outlets didn't work with our adapter and the staff was unhelpful.

Our room had an amazing view of the ship coming in on Sunday morning, creating a unique and memorable experience. The rooftop pool also offered stunning views of the city. I'll recommend this hotel.

the hilton was spotless and comfy, and the location is super close to the cruise ship. the staff were friendly and the valet parking was effortless.

I chose the Hilton for its proximity to the Port of Miami, but was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable Hilton Serenity bed, outdoor pool, and the variety of dining options, including poolside CityVu bar and the Carpe Diem private dining room at Brisas. The amenities exceeded my expectations, making my stay even more enjoyable.
Delayed check-in process and early morning housekeeping disturbance.
